In this Week’s Video of the Week, we catch up with the crew from The Fly Project in their newest video “Miami Vice“. The crew heads down to South Florida to try their hand at fishing and evading the HOA security in pursuit of Peacock Bass. In an ever-changing world of rules and regulations, one thing that tends to stay consistent is the gatekeeping of fishing access to local ponds. With the help of South Florida local Orlando Garcia Jr. the crew sets out to challenge these notions in search of big peacock bass.
For most of us, we’d argue that these very local ponds, lakes, and rivers were where we got our love for the sport. Focusing on the younger generation of anglers fishing around their neighborhood is something we can all relate to. So remember to support the local groms fishing around the neighborhood and that “Fly Fishing is not a Crime“.
