Utah Angler Corby Fisher Missing

Corby Fisher was last seen as he left to go camping and fishing in the Brown’s Park region of Utah on either March 31st or April 1st. He is still missing. Corby is a former US Olympic coach on the medal-winning US Ski Jumping and Combined Nordic Skiing teams. His truck was found by officials with a note on it stating the vehicle would not start. The search is still ongoing and officials are asking anyone who had contact with Corby to please call or email in.

According to KJZZ Salt Lake:

“On April 5, a deputy and two Division of Wildlife Resources (DWR) conservation officers found Fisher’s abandoned truck along with a campsite with several of Fisher’s personal items, including firearms.

Officials also found a note which stated the truck would not start. Police, however, discovered the truck was in working condition.

With the help of a helicopter, crews searched for Fisher for several hours but didn’t find anything.”
