After carefully climbing over a rocky ledge, I looked down… and there it was. Sitting perfectly in the current, framed as if nature had placed it there just for the camera.
Watching the eat, setting the hook, and landing that fish after seeing it first with my own eyes is, to me, the purest and most beautiful experience fly fishing can offer.
