We had the chance to hear from Alex Blackwell about his latest short film, Exodus:
Exodus depicts the first documented exploratory trip to the Southern Red Sea. A 12 day mission, over 100 miles to the South of Port Sudan.
This footage was collected for an 8 Part series that was released on Jon B’s Youtube Channel.
After completing the series – I wanted to flex my creativity & tell the story of our trip through my voice & vision.
I get a lot of creative freedom when I film & produce Jon’s Series, however I’ve always wanted to make a Short Fly Fishing film.
With a surplus of footage sitting on my hard drive – I got to work & started to manifest what I feel is my most ambitious piece of content to date.
