“Just as I was about to head back to camp for the night, a Groper appeared, feeding in shallow waters. A quick cast piqued its interest, prompting it to chase my fly out of the water. On the next cast, it struck so close that it nearly reached my rod tip before taking off, creating a splash as it wrapped the line around some weeds. After carefully untangling it, I managed to bring it in, snapped a few photos, and released it back into the water.” – Gido
