Lefty Kreh’s Tie Fest Returns

The legendary Lefty Kreh’s Tie Fest is making a highly anticipated return April 25-26, 2025, in Vero Beach, Florida. This iconic event brings together fly fishing legends, industry leaders, and passionate anglers to celebrate the sport and Lefty’s lasting legacy.

The weekend kicks off Friday night with a private screening of Lefty: The Greatest of All Time at Majestic 11 Theater (limited to 100 guests). Saturday’s main event will feature fly-tying demos, casting clinics, vendor booths, and roundtable discussions with top names like Flip Pallot, Bob Clouser, and Larry Dahlberg. Guests can also enjoy on-site lunch, evening drinks, and a fully catered YETI dinner, followed by an auction supporting Jack Crevalle research.

Tie Fest coincides with White’s Tackle’s “Fly Slam” Tournament (April 27), with all registered competitors receiving free entry to the event. Active military and first responders can get 40% off weekend passes by contacting info@saltwaterguidesassociation.org.

First launched in 2005, Tie Fest became Lefty Kreh’s Tie Fest in 2014 with Lefty’s blessing. Now, in 2025, it continues Lefty’s mission of education, conservation, and community.
