Welcome back to Fly Shop Tour, our tentpole series in which we explore the country through fly shops and the angling communities surrounding them. This year’s season takes place in the Northeast—an area rich with fly fishing history. We explored the incredible fly shops, communities, and fisheries of Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, and Pennsylvania. Seven states, thousands of miles, and a few fish along the way.

In the final episode of season 3, host Wills Donaldson leaves Pennsylvania and heads to New York. Here, Wills has his sights set on two legendary fisheries. The tributaries of the Upper Delaware and the Salmon River. These two iconic fisheries are rich with history, as are the shops found along them. Join Wills as he learns the intricacies of tailwater dry fly fishing before trying his luck at the ultimate Northeast freshwater fish, a chrome steelhead.
