Monica grew up in the southern part of Michigan. When she began fishing at a later age she was immediately hooked. She currently works as the FISKA performance marketing specialist, and her duties include building relationships with clients to optimize strategic advertising.
One thing she loves about Flylords is the freedom is offers her while being able to have a career in the outdoors. The bigger impact of her job is that she assists smaller businesses grow and solve problems for potential consumers
Her favorite fish to target are smallies since they are tons of fun and brown trout since they can be tricky and elusive.
